The John Lewis Partnership has launched the Building Happier Futures employment programme and are looking for enthusiastic Care Experienced individuals looking to explore a career at John Lewis and Partners.
The Building Happier Futures employment programme is an ongoing scheme to identify and recruit talented people who’ve experienced care to become Partners in John Lewis and Partners business.
In partnership with local authorities and charities, John Lewis and Partners have developed this supported employment approach. The programme includes a tour of a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, work experience and a guaranteed interview. This programme offers the opportunity for children in care and care leavers to explore the John Lewis Partnership and take that first step into a meaningful career.
