Somerset Diverse Communities (Community Council for Somerset)Diverse Young Somerset – a group of young people (between 10 and 20 years old) conducting research within BAME communities in Somerset. Somerset Diverse Communities have contact with BAME community groups that may offer other opportunities for young people and their families. SDC is also open to supporting young people from BAME communities in organising/delivering any projects. Somerset Integrated Domestic Abuse Service – Via You First. We work with children and young people from the ages of 5 upwards. We offer support on a 121 basis for children & young people who are victims of domestic abuse. We also support the parents/carers – both victim and person causing harm (if accepting of support to change their behaviour). |
