0300 123 2327 Most social workers work between 9am and 5pm but there is a small group of social workers who are on call in case things happen outside these times. If there is a problem late at night or at weekends, you might need to contact the Emergency Duty Team.

Kooth.com provides free online counselling for young people aged 11-18 (until their 19th birthday). The counselling can be accessed until 10pm each night every day of the year and the website also provides a number of other features such as information articles, moderated live forums and email support.
