Members of SiCC & SLCC advised SDAS (Somerset Drug and Alcohol Service) from a service user perspective on the processes they use to support referrals to the service.
We discussed terminology, timescales, accessibility and keeping it in a non-judgemental person centred approach. Members felt that we learnt about the service and enjoyed an interactive session. SDAS thanked us for our time with
doughnuts and gift vouchers.
