A small group of SiCC and SLCC members have acted as consultants to the SW Care Leaver Covenant Rollout Oversight Group (SW CLC ROG) which is an NHS group committed to the Care Leavers Covenant and developing opportunities for care leavers to take employment in the NHS. In Somerset, care leavers are invited to take part in the SWAPS ( Sector-based work academy programmes) to develop the knowledge and skills to work for Somerset NHS Foundation trust. Here, Chloe, talks about her experiences of doing the SWAPS programme and this video will be used on the course and also to promote the course to care leavers.
